At present, the research of various networks has received great attention in the world, forming an increasing upsurge, and has become an extremely important and challenging frontier scientific research direction. In order to promote the academic and working exchanges of researchers in related fields of complex network research at home and abroad, discuss the latest progress and development trend of complex network research, and promote complex network research in China, the 2006 National Conference on Complex Networks was held in Central China Normal University from November 16 to 19, 2006.
