Conference Overview:

In order to promote the academic exchanges and scientific research cooperation of domestic researchers in complex networks and related fields, discuss the latest progress and development trend of complex network research, and promote the research of complex networks in China, at the "3rd National Conference on Complex Networks", Professor Xu Xiaoming, President of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, presided over and delivered a welcome speech, and Professor Chen Guanrong, Chair Professor of City University of Hong Kong, Director of the Research Center for Chaotic Complex Networks, and Chairman of the Conference, delivered an opening speech.
